The LG 42-inch C2 stands out as a top contender in the small-screen TV market for 2022, particularly for its picture quality and array of features. In the Indian market, LG’s 32 inch, 43 inch, and 24 inch LED TVs, along with its range of smart TVs, are highly popular, holding a significant market share. Although initially planned for a 2021 release, the launch of this panel in TVs was delayed until 2022.

The LG QNED90 4K TV, available in 65, 75, and 86-inch models, is notable for its 4K resolution, 120Hz panel, and Full Array Local Dimming. The 97-inch G2 OLED is another impressive model, although LG has not yet disclosed its pricing or availability details. For gaming enthusiasts, LG TVs, including the first in the industry to support Dolby Vision Gaming at 4K 120Hz, offer a more fluid and realistic gaming experience.

In 2022, LG introduced a new composite fibre material in their OLED TVs, making the C2 and G2 series significantly lighter than their predecessors. The LG 60 cm/24 inches Full HD IPS monitor is another notable product, featuring a 1920 x 1080 Pixels resolution, HDMI and VGA ports, and a 75 Hz refresh rate. However, the 42-inch C2 OLED TV does not include all premium features available in larger C2 models.

In 2023, LG’s TV lineup saw some replacements with the introduction of the G3 OLED, C3 OLED, QNED80 2023, and UR9000 models, replacing their 2022 counterparts. The LG OLED 42C2 SMART TV 4K UHD is a new addition, offering a range of screen sizes and invisible speakers that add to its sleek, modern design.

Despite these advancements, LG’s 2023 TVs have faced criticism for their sound quality, particularly in smaller models like the 42-inch C3. The C2 series, available in sizes from 42 inches to 83 inches, all support 4K 120Hz, making them versatile choices for various users.

The smallest OLED TV from LG, the 42-inch C2, is especially popular in the UK, where its size is ideal for fitting next to chimney breasts or in smaller rooms. The LG30 LCD HDTV Series offers a range of sizes, with the 720p LCD HDTV line being a notable part of LG’s offerings. The LG 24TL510S television, with its built-in Freeview and Freesat tuners, eliminates the need for additional set-top boxes, remotes, and cables.
